The Senate has directed the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, to end its
contract with Systemspecs, the company providing e-payment platform
for the operation of Treasury Single Account, TSA, for the Nigerian
government.

The senate harps its decision to halt the contractual agreement
between the Federal government and 'systemspecs' on a probe committee
it constituted after a series of allegation and counter allegation
about the company and which did submitted its report on
Wednesday(today).
It would be recalled that President Buhari has stated that through the
policy of Treasury Single account (TSA) which the indigenous 'IT'
company is coordinating, the FG had mopped up over 2trn.
