CRIME: Police Arrests Two For Robbery, Murder In Ogun

The Police have arrested 2 of the suspected 4 – member robbery gang that attacked one Brahimo Nurudeen of  Gbogboade Street, Elerinko, Ijoko area of Ogun.

The gang broke into the shop of Nurudeen last Wednesday around 7:35pm with weapons & robbed him of his money & handset but in a bid to break a barrier in their escape path, one of the robbers shot one Suleman on the head which led to their arrest.

Meanwhile, no fewer than nine persons including two females were feared dead in an auto crash which occurred along the busy Enugu/Nsukka Expressway by 9th mile corner, Enugu.

The vehicle, Nissan bus with registration number NUJ 3 conveying passengers and driven by one Adams Awudu, was said to have had break failure while descending a hill close to 9th mile corner Ngwo.
