#EdoDecide2016: "Am Surprised At The Turn Out of Voters" ~~Oyegun
The All Progressive Congress (APC) National chairman Chief Odigie Oyegun says he is surprised at the turnout of voters in the governorship election holding today in Edo state, adding that this is the best he has seen so far as he votes at his polling unit.
Also the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Godwin Obaseki, and his wife, Betsy, have completed their accreditation and voted in the ongoing election in the state.
Obaseki and his wife, who were registered at Ward 4, Unit 20, Emokpae Primary School, in Oredo Local Government Area, arrived at about 9:35am for accreditation and voting.
Meanwhile the APC & some personnel of the INEC have been alleged of conspiracy to rig Wednesday's governorship polls in Edo state, according to the caucus of the PDP in the House of Reps.
"INEC surreptitiously and in conjunction with APC compiled names and list of INEC staff and persons sympathetic with APC to superintend over election to skew same in favour of APC" the statement said.
As at the time of filing this report, voting has ended and report has started trickling in.
