EXTRA:-ESE: Abducted Girl Finally Re-United With His Family

The mother of the abducted 14-year-old Bayelsa indigene, Ese Oruru has
finally reunited with her daughter in Abuja.

The Tuesday reunion came almost eight months after her abduction from
Bayelsa to Kano State by Yunusa, aka Yellow, a regular customer at her mother's food stall, since August last year .

It is understood the mother and the daughter will arrived their
village in Oporo Bayelsa State today.

However, Charles Oruru, the father of Ese, on Tuesday, said there was
no way his 14-year-old daughter could have fall in love with anybody
including the Kano-born Yinusa alias Yeloow.

He insisted that his daughter is a minor with the desire to pursue her
secondary school education and not to fall in love with anybody as
being insinuated in some quarters.

Meanwhile, the Ijaw Youths Council (IYC) has called on the
Inspector-General of Police, Solomon Arase, to prosecute the abductors
of 14-year-old Ese Oruru from Bayelsa, including their "collaborators"
in the palace of the Emir of Kano.

The IYC also criticises the response of the police to the kidnap of Ese Oruru.
