The Oluwo Of Iwoland, Oba AbdulRasheed Adewale Akanbi "Ilufemiloye"
(Telu 1) has alerted the public especially his subjects(Iwo sons and
daughters) about some fraudsters parading themselves to the public as
his representatives.

Oba Akanbi made this known yesterday on a social media handle(WatsApp
group chat) which one of Topup9ja crew is privilege to be a member of.

The fraudsters were said to have open an account bearing the name of
the King with his picture and have been using such medium to solicit
for money from the unsuspecting public..

The monarch has now urge the public to be wary of such people, "Please
be warned!!! I'm not on facebook for the past two months and my
account has been hijacked since then.... any account post as the Oluwo
of Iwoland and chatting with you to send money is fake. Oluwo of
Iwoland is not on facebook"

Meanwhile, the impact of Oba Adewale Akanbi as the Oluwo of Iwoland
since when he has ascended the throne has not gone unnoticed by the
public, with several awards being bestowed on him, this informed the
reason why the Canada chapter of the All Progressives Congress has
also joined the legion of organizations and individuals to have done
such by given him an 'award of excellence' for 'selfless service to
